Badminton Australia is a member–based organisation made up of 8 State and Territory badminton organisations across Australia. Badminton Australia and members work together to develop and promote badminton across Australia. Each member organisation is responsible for the delivery badminton in their respective State or Territory, including the affiliation of associations, clubs & other venues, implementation of events & programs that help grow the sport, organisation of state teams and the delivery of player, coach & official development activities.
Clubs, Associations & Venues
Affiliated badminton clubs are registered as members with their State and Territory Badminton Organisation and are recognised as being safe, fun and engaging environments for players, helping them build fundamental skills, movement and tactics which are key to success in badminton. As part of the Badminton Australia High Performance Pathway, Clubs & Associations play a crucial role in the process and movement of young players into competitive badminton and up the pathway.
