The PPPs sees Badminton Australia working with selected clubs, schools and associations to support the development of athletes (and their coaches) with the potential of competing on the world stage. The program aims to support athletes in their daily performance environment with athlete development plans and ongoing professional development for PPP coaches.  

Badminton Australia provides a range of support, recognition and incentives including: 

• Recognition as an official BA Performance Pathway Partner
• Promotion on BA website and social media
• Development opportunities for coaches
• Program visits to DPEs from BA staff to assist the club develop and educate athletes and coaches
• Invitation to select BA national performance camps
• Banner promoting the club’s involvement in the national programs
